Returns of the merchandise will be accepted in the following cases:

• In case the merchandise arrives in bad conditions, prior to a photographic proof of the conditions of the merchandise
• In case the products does not correspond to that requested in the client’s Purchase Order (model, color, size) with photographic proof of the discrepancy.

Returns can be made at the most 15 days after the merchandise has been received.

Merchandise returned has to be in the same conditions as it was received by the client. The product that arrives in different conditions will not be accepted.

So as to continue with the return, Bigalli will issue a tag for the product to return to our warehouse or will determine in writing some other means to process the returns.
