TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CASHBACK GIFT CARD PROGRAM

Bigalli Hats USA – Saint Patrick’s Week 2026

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. The Cashback Gift Card Program ("the Program") is available to all customers who make purchases on bigallihats.us during the period from March 13 to March 17, 2026.

1.2. To qualify, the order must:

• Have a minimum total value of $45.00 USD (before taxes and shipping)
• Be fully paid and confirmed
• Not be canceled or fully refunded

1.3. The Program applies to purchases made through:

• Online store (bigallihats.us)

1.4. Bigalli Hats USA reserves the right to exclude orders suspected of fraud or system abuse.

2. CASHBACK STRUCTURE

2.1. For general products (hats, accessories, excluding Ivy Caps & Duckbills):

2.2. For "Ivy Caps & Duckbills" collection:

• Fixed 15% cashback on the product value, regardless of price

2.3. Proportional calculation:

• Cashback is calculated per product within the same order
• Each product receives the corresponding percentage based on its individual value and category
• Cashback amounts are combined into a single gift card

Example:

• Panama Hat ($120) → 15% = $18.00
• Ivy Cap ($25) → 15% = $3.75
• Wool Hat ($60) → 10% = $6.00
• Total cashback: $27.75 (in one gift card)

2.4. Cashback is calculated based on the product price before:

• Discounts
• Taxes
• Shipping costs

3. GIFT CARD ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY

3.1. Gift cards are automatically generated once the order payment is confirmed.

3.2. The customer will receive two emails:

• Shopify email with the gift card code and balance
• Bigalli Hats USA marketing email with program details

3.3. Emails are sent to the address provided during checkout.

3.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Ensure the email address is correct
• Check spam/promotions folders
• Store the gift card code securely

3.5. If the email is not received within 24 hours, the customer must contact info@bigallihats.com

4. GIFT CARD USAGE

4.1. Validity: Gift cards are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

4.2. Application:

• Gift cards can be applied to any future purchase on bigallihats.us
• Entered in the "Gift card or discount code" field during checkout
• Can be combined with other discount codes (subject to discount policies)

4.3. Balance:

• If the purchase is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays available
• If the purchase exceeds it, the customer pays the difference
• Balance can be checked via the original email or by contacting support

4.4. Restrictions:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Non-transferable
• Cannot be applied to past purchases
• Cannot be used to buy other gift cards

4.5. Expiration:

• Gift cards expire exactly 60 days after issuance
• No automatic expiration reminders are sent
• Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated, except at Bigalli’s discretion

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1. If products are returned BEFORE using the gift card:

• The gift card remains valid
• Cashback amount is NOT deducted from the refund
• Customer keeps the full gift card

5.2. If products are returned AFTER using the gift card:

• Refund is calculated based on the amount paid (after applying the gift card)
• Used gift cards are NOT refunded or reactivated

Example:
Purchase of $100, used $20 gift card, paid $80 → refund = $80

5.3. If the original order is canceled or fully refunded:

• Bigalli Hats USA reserves the right to deactivate the gift card
• If already used, it will be deducted from the refund

6. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION

6.1. Bigalli Hats USA reserves the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time with 24-hour notice
• Suspend or cancel the Program in case of abuse, fraud, or technical error
• Adjust cashback amounts in case of system miscalculations

6.2. In case of cancellation:

• Issued gift cards remain valid until expiration
• No new gift cards will be issued after cancellation

7. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

7.1. Customer limits:

• No limit on qualifying orders
• Bigalli may limit gift cards in case of suspicious activity

7.2. Excluded products:

• No products are excluded during the Program
• Future exclusions may apply at Bigalli’s discretion

7.3. Not combinable with:

• Other cashback or loyalty programs
• Promotions that explicitly exclude gift cards

8. SUPPORT AND DISPUTES

8.1. Contact:

• Response time: 24–48 business hours

8.2. Disputes:

• Must be reported within 7 days of issuance
• Resolution within 5 business days
• Decision is final

8.3. Technical errors:

• Incorrect cashback will be corrected
• May take up to 5 business days

9. PRIVACY AND DATA

9.1. Customer information is handled according to Bigalli Hats USA Privacy Policy.

9.2. By participating, the customer agrees to receive:

• Transactional emails about gift cards
• Marketing emails (can unsubscribe)

9.3. Data may be used for:

• Internal analysis
• Program improvement
• Personalized marketing

10. LIABILITY

10.1. Bigalli Hats USA is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or unclaimed gift cards
• Emails not received due to spam filters or incorrect addresses
• Inability to use gift cards before expiration
• Technical issues beyond control

10.2. Total liability is limited to the value of the gift card.

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Bigalli Hats USA is registered. (TEXAS)

11.2. Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. ACCEPTANCE

12.1. By making a purchase during the Program period, the customer automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions.

12.2. If the customer disagrees, they must contact support before using the gift card.

Q: Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?
A: Yes, Shopify allows multiple gift cards per checkout.

Q: What happens if my gift card expires?
A: Expired gift cards cannot be used. Contact support within 7 days for special cases.

Q: Can I gift my gift card to someone else?
A: Gift cards are non-transferable according to these terms.

Q: Does cashback apply to shipping?
A: No, only to product value.

Q: Can I combine the gift card with a discount code?
A: Yes, in most cases. Some promotions may exclude gift cards.
