We want your experience to be smooth and clear no surprises. Here's everything you need to know about purchasing clearance items from Bigalli Hats.
🏷️ What Is Clearance?
Clearance items are premium Bigalli Hats pieces offered at a reduced price while supplies last. Sizes, colors, and styles are limited and may sell out without notice.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
All clearance sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on clearance items.
That said, we want you to feel good about your purchase. Here's what we can do:
- ✅ Gift Card Exchange: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error on your order, we'll make it right with a store gift card for the full value of the item.
- ❌ No exchanges for size, color, or personal preference — please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
📦 Shipping
We process clearance orders within 3-5 business days.
- If a shipping issue is caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer (wrong address, missing apartment number, package refused, etc.), the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
- If the error is on our end or the carrier's, we'll cover the reshipping at no cost to you.
💡 Tip: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delays.
🎟️ Discounts & Promotions
Clearance prices already reflect a discount. They cannot be combined with other promo codes, automatic discounts, or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated at checkout.
🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards issued as part of a clearance exchange have no expiration date and can be used on any purchase at bigallihats.us. They are not redeemable for cash.
